I have found some solutions...
Toke done the ABS sensor and cleaned it up and re ajusted it.
Now it works fine without the vibrations in corners, it turn very smooth now.

The transmission got better when I drained the gearbox for 3 LITERS of ATF oil. The thing was before I got the stick that I drained the old fluid and put the same amount back of new atf back.
But it was abviose that it was way to much(The last owner did probebly just fill it upp without knowing how much).

So the harsch shifting is gone, if I drive on economi the hole time but if I switch from sport and back to economi on 80km/h its bangs.
Dont know way but its just do.
