I suppose that Thomas has just made a simple spelling mistake... He meant "i can upload this part" but wrote accidentally "cant"...
Furthermore, it sounds as if he has exactly these pages from "Motor-Mechanik" you are missing... so he could upload them on some Megabytes of Webspace, and you can complete your workshop manual
