these wheels are original Audi, most refer to them as the "Bolero" style. They have been standard on the V8 EVO package as well as on the 1992-94 S4 and (at least in Germany) they were available as an option for the V8 on at least the 1992 to 1994 models. Size is 8x17" ET 35, and they go with 245/45 ZR 17 tires.
The front spoiler - looks standard to me....
As for front spoilers, there is the extremely rare EVO kit like
here or some people have fitted the spoiler from the previous-generation Renault Espace, wich is supposed to also look good .
