Yes, anyone who has done the timing belt change knows the drill. I need the 3199 tool. I have "MacGyvered" the 3197 and 3198 and am minutes away from having my car back on the road!! I want to make SURE the cams are positioned right (per the manual). A coworker is trying his best to tell me all is fine as long as the distributor rotors are somewhere on the distributor case timing marks...like I said, I want this done right. I started reading (and Google translating) a stream on the German side of the Forum but got lost along the way...any suggestions for the tool here in Central Europe??
