I would start of by double checking your work. I'm assuming the car ran fine before you did the timing belt? Set the motor to top dead center, and check your timing marks. If that checks out okay, I would then check your firing order, as well as making sure both of your coils are plugged in(sounds like only half the motor is firing, so you may have left one unplugged.
