yes, that is in some cases correct. In case Audi always performed all the logs (electronically!) and the car was at an Audi dealer. What I don't really know is if the data is also stored centrally (probably they started to do that later on). It is definetely worth a call at Neckarsulm or Ingolstadt.

Alternatively, you can provide your chassis number and one of our forum members (j. Deckwer) can try his best, as he is working at Audi.
