Your (car´s) body identification number should be on a plackard under the bonnet, I think over the headlights near the bonnet lock. The number starts with: WAUZZZ followed by a couple of letters and numbers. May be, that the german word "Fahrgestellnummer" is written at the beginning of the number. I don´t know about that by exported cars.
I haven´t got ETKA, I have got ETOS an they are different. Please send an attachment with the picture an the number you mean.
