As far as I know, has Audi outsorced the production of the owners manual to Bertelsmann concern.

So every manual is reprintable. Audi onlymust contact Bertelsmann

Your Audi dealer should call the Audi center in Germany.

Don't let fool yourself, the manual are afailable.
