These were not available in the USA. My friend went to the Audi Dealership and bought them 'special order' for $1600US (brand new).
You could try
www.ebay.com , but shipping from Russia to the USA might be very expensive. I don't know how much they are worth used...

The cheapest I was suggested were 1000 USD for 5 pieces. I have tyres on them in addition - VIKING 225 50 ZR 16.
