Hello! Does anyone have experience with overhauling of servo`s for the klima controll? V.A.G PN: 4A0 820 511 (V70), 4A0 820 512B (V85) and 443 820 511A (V68) ? The servo motors are easy to fix - just diasassemble - clean - and reassemble. but the pot meters are a different story. Does anyone have a number for a potmeter that can replace it? My klima controller does not like the one for the V70. They are all the same... Hope to hear from you guys.. Best regards from Norway Per-Stian

Hello, it ist just a problem of adjustment the potentiometer for the feedbach signal. It takes a lot of tries to do so, I´ve done it in my own V8, but I can´t remember very well how I did this.
