If I am right informed the EURO-spec V8 has not the Servotronic faulty lamp connected in the instrument cluster, only the US-ones? Or is it depending on which year model?
Anyone tried to do an after market connection of this lamp (the OE way)?

That's depending on model year. I believe only cars up to and including the 1990 model year had the Servotronic warning light and it was deleted after that. It is/was missing on both my '91 3.6 as well as my '94 4.2.

But how was it "deleted"? Just not connected any more - missing wire, removed lamp or new software in the control module?
Any thoughts?
