Hello!

Im quite sure i have water in some transmission wiring connector as im having some very puzzling transmission problems... But i cant locate them from the engine room. I think they are between the engine and firewall as thats the only place i cant see very well.

Ive even checked under the transmission, and found only one connector there wich was fine.

Detailed instructions for finding the transmission wiring connectors would be much appriciated!

Oh and i forgot to mention, i got 4411, 2342, 2111 fault codes, but none of them seem to have anything to do with the gearbox.

Hmm, seems the gearbox codes had to be read seperately. well im getting 2242, 2212, 3221, 2131 and 1323 from the gearbox.

Only symptom im getting is that transmission goes to limp home mode randomly. Sometimes only once a week, sometimes 10 times a day.

Most of these codes are supposed to be there, like the brake light one and throttlevalve one, as i didnt press brake when reading them and i already fixed the throttle valve thingy, but its still on the memory.

The code im after is

2243 Consumption Signal

Connection Wires between Engine Control Unit (ECU) and Transmission Control Unit.


Where can i find this wire?
