Parts and labour for the V8 transmission can be extremely expensive. Experienced mechanics that can repair the transmission are very rare, at least in North America. Let's not forget that we are talking about a low volume luxury car and a first electronic Audi transmission. From personal experience, I would advice you to find a second hand transmission in working order and with low mileage. Removal of the old transmission and installation of the new(old) one would be cheaper. Good luck

its expensive there, not in Latvia! Used AT costs 300$, but I dont know do I have to change it or fix!

If you do not speak German at all, you'd need to purchase the "official factory repair manual" aka the "Bentley manual" for the V8. You can get this either directly from them (click) for ~ US$100 or try ebay.com.
If you speak a little German, you might as well download the "Reparaturleitfaden" wich a kind soul has made available on this site (click here). All the information on how to change the transmission is in there.

The transmission is made by ZF anyway, not by Audi. If you' d need any details or parts for these transmissions, check on the zf.com website for a location near you.
