Hello out ther !
I have a Audi V8 4,2 (ABH) Quattro with Aut. i think i want to install a Nitrous system on it BUT !!!
Is ther some one ther have try a Nitrous (NOS) system on the V8 (3,6 / 4,2) ??
or is ther some one who know somthing abut how much more HP the 4,2 energine can take without to be to dangerus for the energine and other parts ?
Is ther som one who knows about a home page for this car where this is install ?

In think NOS is not so good for the engine.Because you have a 4.2 l Audi V8 they are very dangerous to blow.
You can also install Bi-Turbo with it you can have nearly 600 Hp but it is also dangerous for the engine I think.Why you would have more HP?

littel more hp will not hurt, it is a hevy car ! not 600hp, but maby about 380-430 Hp (just about 100-150 hp more than standard).
Do you think this will hurt somthing on this car ? i have the NOS system in my mind becouse it is not so expensive like Turbo.
Futur this will only work when the car get full speed.

Your Gearbox (Automatic) has a problem with more than 350 HP and also more than 420 Newtonmeters . The Transmitter (wandler) can not more...
An manuall Gearbox is better .
Nos is an very good Tuning Part if an Profi installed and programmed this System.

You writ 420Nm is this correct ? the car alredy have 400Nm as standard.
The Danish deale for this NOS system say at some V8 in Germany has up to 200hp NOS system without any problems also for the automatic model, the NOS also give about 200+ Nm, and if the guy in Denmark tell me the true ? the V8 shuld have about 480hp and 600 Nm.

The system i have in my mind is a 125 Hp/Nm system, the car shuld then have about 410hp and 530Nm.
I also know at the kompressor install give about the same.
Are your shure about the automatic transmission can't take more than its alredy have as standard ?

Yes . The Problem are the Brake and Cluches inside the gearbox . It will be fired when the Power of Nos or an Kompessor get work .
