I forgot to ask, is it a problem for the 4-wheel drive if the difference in the Circumf. (front - back) is 2001,8mm -1997,1mm ??

Yes. I beleive the quattro system will think that 2 of the tires are slipping. Either size will work fine, just remember to do the same on all 4 tires.
